{"id":4333,"date":"2020-10-22T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coimares-wp.test\/the-future-of-offices\/"},"modified":"2026-06-11T17:08:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T15:08:10","slug":"the-future-of-offices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coimacom-wp.ensoul.works\/en\/media\/news\/the-future-of-offices\/","title":{"rendered":"The future of offices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-d144ff\">Dear Tenants, Investors, Partners and Friends,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-d14610\">The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a rapid <strong>conversion of the typical working patterns<\/strong> of companies: during the first wave, the majority of office based employees has worked from home with apparently a limited impact on productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-d146ac\">The experience of these recent months has fuelled the debate on how work will be organised after the initial contingent phase of the pandemic.
