The study identified the dimensions, features, and evolution of younger generations based on the area, providing food for thought for residential market operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f46fc4\">The research starts from an analysis of the existing economic, demographic, and real estate supply, and predicts how the product is received and how closely it matches what is needed until <strong>2030<\/strong>.&nbsp; The home of tomorrow\u2019s youth requires an <strong>evolution of existing housing models<\/strong>, based on needs dictated by new ways of living and working, <strong>technological innovation<\/strong> and <strong>sustainability<\/strong>. Over the last decade, the percentage of the rented population has grown throughout Europe due to changing financial circumstances, social changes, and progressive urbanisation. Specialised operators focused on this market segment with innovative solutions and specific management platforms. These innovative models allow complete management of leasing processes \u2013 including contract signing, and condominium service provision. Two main types have been implemented: <strong>co-living<\/strong>, based on community and sharing, and <strong>multifamily<\/strong>. These are intended for families with children and couples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f47121\">The research prepared by Scenari Immobiliari together with COIMA\u2019s young colleagues revealed a series of <strong>aspirational requirements<\/strong>, focused on the creation of relational connections that amplify <strong>sociality<\/strong>. This is an aspect that COIMA is integrating into the <strong>Porta Romana Rail Yard <\/strong>project. The project includes a <strong>student campus<\/strong> integrated with a <strong>social housing district<\/strong>, an accessible infrastructure for young people with about 1,400 beds converted from the <strong>Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic Village.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f472ef\">The Forum was an opportunity to reward the winners of the <strong>Young Real Estate Leader 2022 Award &#8211;<\/strong> a competition devised by <strong>Scenari Immobiliari in partnership with COIMA<\/strong> to encourage and promote <strong>young leaders within the real estate sector<\/strong>, during a time of change and innovation in the industry, economy, social dynamics, and lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f47447\">Freelancers and employees of companies belonging to the real estate industry participated. The Jury selected professionals who stood out among the many applications for their innovative approaches and career achievements. Candidates showed resourcefulness, proactivity, and future projection, with solid educational backgrounds and various personal interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f4756e\">Prizes were awarded to <strong>Andrea Calzavacca<\/strong>, for his ability to adapt his career to the real estate market\u2019s emerging needs and make the best of the recent unusual situations, and <strong>Anna Elsa Paccagnella<\/strong> for her willingness to adapt, dedication and seriousness, and continuous focus on the advancement and development of leadership as a work tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-f476c2\">Manfredi Catella said: <em>&#8220;By establishing this award with Mario, we nurtured the future leadership class of our industry during a historic time of profound innovation.
